1. Are your shipping rates correct?
Yes! However, we sometimes offer discounted or free shipping for limited periods of time. Please note that there may be excise duty and tax to pay on your orders. It is up to the customer to check this before ordering.
2. What if my items don’t fit?
We are happy to accept returns but please, contact us first so we can process your order as efficiently as possible.
3. How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. For our Spanish customers we offer Servired and for our Dutch shoppers we have iDEAL. Please be aware that Paypal uses its own currency rates which may differ by a few cents and there may be charges from your card provider – it is up to the customer to check.
4. Do you have an outlet store?
We often have end of line and out of season stock at extremely low prices! Either check our Sale section or visit our Facebook page with its integrated store.
5. What if I can’t find my size?
Please email us and we may be able to get one from the shop.
6. Is your site secure?
We take privacy very seriously and so we do not store your payment details. Our servers are secured with the best technology and our website so you know you can trust us.
